Our works cover:

1.1 Contracting scope: all decoration materials, power system design, custom-made products, indoor products, hardware products, glass curtain wall, fine decoration team, product installation. Design and production can be arranged as your custom made requirement.

1.2 Basic equipment on jobsite: rough house, cable, distribution box, power distribution cabinet, valve, water pump, water tank.

Contract Details

2.1 Interior design: interior design as client preference, detailed construction drawings, and required materials and product lists. Can use the specified brand products as required.

2.2 Customized products: detailed design drawings, products shop drawings and production, goods are shipped to the site for installation after receive client acceptance.

Includes: stairs, balustrade, doors, windows, cabinets, wardrobes, bathroom cabinets, shower enclosures, floors, etc.

2.3 Other products (beds, curtains, tables, chairs, carpets, etc.) are available or not available upon request.

2.4 On-site decoration and installation tools: We provide small installation tools, and large tools that are not easy to carry with us need to be provided by Party A or we will be reimbursed by Party A.

2.5 The commissioning of each system within the scope of contracting is included.

The bridges, reservations, pre-buried, wire boxes, and indoor information boxes of the weak parts (television, telephone, network, video intercom) are installed within the scope of contracting, and the rest are not within the scope of contracting.
